• All your company employees have the right to vote. Only each person has one vote.
• Must be over 18 years old and working at a workplace.
• It is sufficient to vote for at least one category for your vote to be considered valid.
• Persons participating in accordance with the principle of equality have "the right to vote only once".
• The security of the voting process will be carried out via a verification SMS sent to your mobile phone.

When Will Winners Be Announced?
The information about the Gold Leaders winners will be shared with the press and public on the following dates:
2025 CHRO Gold Leaders on February 9, 2026, at 10:30 PM
2025 CMO Gold Leaders on February 10, 2026, at 10:30 PM
2025 CFO Gold Leaders on February 11, 2026, at 10:30 PM
2025 CEO Gold Leaders on February 12, 2026, at 10:30 PM will be published on our website. -
According to what criteria will the winners be determined?
Following the completion of the voting process, a shortlist is established comprising the candidates who receive the highest number of votes. The shortlisted Golden Leader candidates' LinkedIn profiles, professional backgrounds, and reference criteria are then comprehensively evaluated in relation to the organizations in which they currently serve.
At the conclusion of the voting process for each category, the 50 CEOs, 50 CFOs, 50 CMOs, and 50 CHROs who receive the highest number of votes and meet the selection criteria are formally designated as the Golden Leaders of the respective year.
