Nomination - Voting Eligibility Requirements
- To nominate - the person wishing to vote must be over 18 years old and employed with payroll status at a workplace.
- All employees of registered joint-stock companies operating in Turkiye are eligible to participate in the nomination and voting process.
- In accordance with the principle of equality, each participant in the nomination and voting process has the right to "one vote only."
- You only need to vote for at least one category for your vote to be valid.
- The security of the voting process will be carried out via a verification SMS sent to your mobile phone.
- For the integrity of voting procedures, you are required to vote for all your candidates for the CEO, CFO, CMO and CHRO posts at the same time. You may skip any post but you may not vote again for the missing post or candidate once your vote is registered.
Rules for Gala Nights - Award Ceremonies for Winning Leaders
- Our Golden Leader winners have to participate gala nights with their teams. In cases of force majeure,
a C level subordinate should take stage to receive award on behalf of the Golden Leader CEO; for CFO, CMO or CHRO a similar C Level substitute shall also be
required to receive the award with their teams.
- The Golden Leaders receive their awards on stage in alphabetical order.
- The Golden Leaders appear in the press releases in alphabetical order.
- It is a necessary condition that the leaders who win the Golden Leader Award, mainly by the votes of the employees of the company, should be working in the same company until the end of the award ceremony.
- Leaders receive their awards in person, on stage. Since the award is closed to ticket sales at Gala Nights, all winners are expected to attend with their teams. So that the hall will not be empty.
- Dress Code: Simokine for men, long evening dress for women.
